Heys everybody I have a new recipe that is a great one to share. It involves 1 bag of raw shrimp and some suya seasoning. The link is on the left for the recipe. Add 1 onion or shallot, 1 tsp of red palm oil, 3 dashes of maggi or knorr aroma, 1 pinch of bullion after breaking up the cube and then use the rest of this cube in the suya spice. It is also called yaji and it is so delicious.
Mix and arrange the shrimps and pieces of onion on skewers. Spray grill with cooking spray and speaking of grills that this one that the shrimp is laying on is my George Forman indoor/ outdoor grill. I had to hurry up and take a picture before it disappeared in to our tummies. By the way it really did. Grill these babies for 10 minutes per side. When they are pink and have grill marks then it is time to remove.
It is just nice to enjoy with rice dishes, quinoa, fonio, chapati is the bread of choice and have a nice bottle of nice icy cold alcohol free malt. Also this does not last long at all because it gets devouered very fast. It is that enjoyable.
